Cities We ServeMeals On Wheels by Senior Outreach Services is comprised of 6 programs. The service area covered by each program varies.
Meals On Wheels serves hot,nutritous meals in the cities of: Antioch, Concord, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg, San Ramon and Walnut Creek.
C.C. Café serves hot and nutritious meals at the following 6 locations: BayPoint (Ambrose Center), Concord (Concord Senior Center), Crocket, Pittsburg (Pittsburg Center Center), Rodeo, Walnut Creek (Walnut Creek Senior Center).
Friendly Visitors serves all of Contra Costa County.
Care Management serves all of Contra Costa County.
Home Chore Registry serves all of Contra Costa County.
Fall Prevention serves all of Contra Costa County.
