For homebound seniors, our visits mean daily contact with the outside world and a chance to remain living at home.Volunteers are the hearts and hands of Meals on Wheels programs in Contra Costa County. Their caring dedicated, and generous help is what makes our program so successful and helps more and more seniors every year maintain their independence in their home as long as possible.
